我从交易账户出金到我的银行账户里，但是这笔钱没到账，于是我给EXNESS发了一封投诉邮件，但他们没回复。

My money never appeared in my account

I withdrew my money from my trading account into my bank account and it never appeared , I then sent exness an email complaining about it and they never replied
