自2020年11月以来一直提款直到现在一直拒绝给我我的资金

我从2020年11月开始提款，与他们无用的Live Chat至少有100多个往来信件，他们声称“我的客户经理会与我联系”，但直到现在为止我什至不知道客户经理是谁，甚至到现在为止，都是借口，但拒绝释放我的资金。

Since Nov 2020 made withdrawal till now refuse to release my funds

I made withdrawal since Nov 2020, had at least 100+ correspondence with their useless Live Chat who claim "my account manager will contact me" but NEVER did and till date I don't even know who the account manager is, or if there even was one.All throughout till now, excuses after excuses, but refuse to release my funds.
