我的提款于5月23日获得批准，但我还没有收到金额，而且我的帐户中有484美元的余额，他们现在无法提款，请帮我拿回我的钱。

Unable to withdraw

My withdrawal last may 23 is approved but i haven't received the amount,and also i have a balance of 484usd in my account their withdrawal is not avaible now,help me to get my money back.
