他们要求出金前缴纳10%税款，这明显是骗局。其他交易商都没有这样的要求。

Scam Brokers
They say that 10% tax on all income must be paid before withdrawal, which is clearly a 100% scam, no tax is collected. There is no prepayment in any case with other brokers.
