未收到提款

I have made two with drawl requests. 1st on 12 Jun for 100 USD and 2nd on 21 Jun for 1020 USD. Both requests have been approved but I did not receive any amount yet. I have tried to contact V5 through email, what’s app and customer support but they are not responding
